Standard, non-custom products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in new condition.  A Return Authorization (RA#) number must be requested by emailing service@myworkingspace.com prior to returning any products.  Products returned without an RA# will be rejected and returned to sender.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Re-stocking charges may apply depending on the manufacturers policies and will be advised prior to return.   Custom products may not be returned under any conditions unless defective in function.  Immediately inspect all items received for damage and report any damage to the delivering freight company for reimbursement.
